How to place an order? 

Online shopping is only available for products in the outlet/ discount lines category. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to order general products.

■ Domestic customer
   (1) For cash on delivery(COD): Select products > register > submit
        > receive goods
   (2) For bank transfer: Select products > register > submit > receive
        payment note > complete payment   > receive goods

■ Overseas customer
   International bank transfer only: Select products > register > submit > receive payment note    > complete payment > receive goods

For IBAN, Swift, etc. please contact us directly.

Customer who chose bank transfer will receive payment notification by email. Please contact us if you do not receive the email within three days.

​How to track my order?

        When you order you must first register with the company. You can then check your order status by logging into your account. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order after I submit?

        Sorry, we cannot normally accept alteration or cancellation after the order is confirmed. Please double check your order carefully before submit it.

When will I receive my order?

    For inventory products, your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days after the payment is completed.

Q6.

​Do products have warranty period /trial period?

        NHRC provides a 7-day grace period (Starting from the day after the day of arrival). If you find the products are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and supply pictures of the damaged condition via email : nhrc.salesdept@gmail.com
        Warranties (6 months) are only offered on suspension and exhaust systems.
 
*Unfortunately we cannot offer the 7-day grace period on special offer items and to overseas customers.

​How do I calculate the cost of delivery charge?

Domestic customer: 
(1) In-store pickup: Free of charge
(2) Free of charge for orders more than 3000 NTD.
     Orders less than 3000 NTD will be charged a flat 150 NTD delivery fee.

Overseas customer: The shipping rates depends on the weight and the dimension of the package, and on the country of destination.
